Super Bowl LIII Atlanta Events

#Atlanta, Georgia is lucky enough to host the Super Bowl this year for the first time in 19 years in the brand-new Mercedes-Benz Stadium. With the big game, comes a lot of big events. These events begin on January 26th all across the city of Atlanta. Below we have listed the days, times, and locations of each event in case you are interested in celebrating before the big game on February 3rd.


On January 26th, the Super Bowl Live event kicks off in Centennial Olympic Park. This event is a 10-Day Fan Festival designed to highlight Atlanta’s vibrant culture and music scene. The best part is that the family friendly event is completely FREE! This event will conclude on February 2nd.


The Super Bowl Experience at the Georgia World Congress Center (Building B) also begins on January 26th. This event is essentially an indoor theme park where visitors can participate in immersive exhibits and interactive games. On certain days, kids can enter free! Super Bowl Opening Night is on January 28th. Opening night is the national kickoff for Super Bowl LIII festivities where players and coaches address the nation for the first time LIVE from the State Farm Arena (previously Philips Arena) in Atlanta! To purchase tickets, click here.


The Super Bowl Music Fest will also take place at the State Farm Arena starting January 31st through February 2nd. This music fest features some of the city’s favorite artists, including Ludacris, Migos, Post Malone, Bruno Mars, Cardi B, and more. To purchase tickets for individual events, click here.


The Super Bowl Breakfast is held on Saturday, February 2nd. The NFL-sanctioned Athletes in Action Super Bowl Breakfast has taken place in the Super Bowl host city every year since 1988, drawing sellout crowds to hear from some of sport’s biggest names. The Taste of the NFL will be hosted at Cobb Galleria on Saturday, February 2nd. This event is perfect for food lovers, as it features a chef from each NFL city serving their signature dish alongside a current or alumni NFL player. For tickets, click here.


The NFL Honors will be hosted at The Fox Theatre this year. NFL Honors is the National Football League's annual awards show recognizing the NFL’s best players, performances, and plays from the current season. The two-hour primetime awards special will air nationally on February 2 at 9PM (ET and PT) on CBS.


Finally, on Super Bowl Sunday, February 3rd,  the big game will be hosted at Atlanta’s own Mercedes-Benz Stadium at 6:30 PM. If you plan to attend the game or enter the city on the day of the game, listen here for transportation information from on Atlanta Police Officer.
